Logicor's GlobalShip iSeries is an IBM iSeries based multi-carrier shipping software solution. Built for businesses of any size, GlobalShip iSeries increases efficiency, productivity, and profitability through intelligently automated small parcel and LTL shipping. This server-based solution provides a single point of shipment execution, allowing you to decrease handling for improved product flow-through, order tracking, and optimal customer service.
In our effort to help your business run more effectively, you can connect the GlobalShip iSeries functionality to your existing enterprise Order Management, WMS and ERP systems using the Application Program Interface (API). The GlobalShip iSeries system also seamlessly integrates with peripherals such as RF scanners, scales, and material handling devices.
GlobalShip iSeries utilizes the IBM WebSphere product as well to create a graphical user interface option for customers. This user interface moves away from the traditional green screen format found in most iSeries applications, and moves toward a more traditional look and feel.
Another advantage of the GlobalShip iSeries solution is that it enables you to preset automated shipping rules to help reduce errors throughout the fulfillment process and decrease your cost-per-package.
